A rare storyteller created of clay by Rufina Trujillo (1936-2007). Rufina Trujillo was a member of the Cochiti Pueblo in New Mexico, although she was born into the Acoma Pueblo. It has been written that she made very little pottery during her life. The storyteller doll has five children including one on her leg. It measures 6” x 4” x 5”.
