This antique shallow bowl was created by Lorencita Naranjo Tafoya, likely during the 1940s. Lorencita Naranjo Tafoya was born in 1899 and is from the Santa Clara Pueblo. The red dish features a rare background with a four-color design of a deer and two fawns playing under the sun. The bowl has some wear and paint loss, but not enough to detract from its rarity or charm. The bowl measures 1 ¼” X 4 ¾” x 4 ¾”.
